CmdRef App Reviews

I dont know how I use that.

Not Comprehensive

This is merely a menu to navigate to different screen shots of the /? output of any command. Some screenshots (such as the screenshot for the FOR command) are cut off and dont even show all the information. All in all, I feel that although the interface is clean, and the search function aids in finding the command you are looking for, the creator could have taken the time to copy the full output of the /? parameter. -Zackary

Helpful, but...

Though this is helpful, this is pretty much just the help command from cmd. Also, this app forgot the command "netstat" which displays the IP. Probably other commands are missing too, but I havent really bothers to take a good look... Helpful, none the less.

Very well made.

This app is very well lad out, and also has a list of Commands to help you with CMD (CommandPrompt) I definitely prefer this app as best list of Commands!

Initial impression

So I haven’t personally tried out any of the commands in this app yet that are not displayed when typing in help in cmd prompt, but on first glance, taking a look and grouch some of the mentioned above commands(the ones I haven’t yet tried), I’d say I really really like this app. Appears it can be a very useful tool, and very helpful. That is my thoughts on it, I will be trying them out later today to see how useful they may actually be or not infect be. One thing of the top I’d love to suggest the developers, or request, rather; is a favorite(s) button/feature. Overall very much looking forward to utilizing this to my advantage thank you kindly I love it

Fanominal

I have been using CMDRef for some time now. I think it is a good app. I think it should show more images of what the code does other than that. I think that the application is fine. It works and it’s good for shorthand commands or commandments.Thank You <3

Very Useful reference

This app is a useful reference on many commands. The app is fully functional except for ads with a nominal fee to remove them. Would be helpful if could mark favorites and a note area within each command for tech notes or additions, but other than that, thank you to the developer.

Another useful utility from Moballo

This isn't going to change your life, but when I have to venture into the world of M$, it's nice to have a quick utility like this. Helps me to remember commands I havent used in eons. Also informs me of syntax for newer AD commands without needing to navigate the interwebs. Thanks!

Finally! This app has accurate information in an easy to use interface! Great job :)

Nice Reference

Very nice app to find common command line codes. It would be nice to show how you can string some of them together but for the price “free” or nominal charge to remove ads it is really quite nice.

Problems

Was this made for cmd?? Cuz almost none of them work when I use cmd

CMDref

This is a very handy app. It will help those interested in using dis commands and to have a pocket reference guild right on there Apple devices. So you can find items faster on how the commands for DOS are laid out on the fly with this app. I gave it a 5 star because I have been in the technology realm for many many years. After seeing and working with this app I find it a must to have when finding commands and formats. Especially when one is getting up in years and forgetful. It will help anyone that works with dos and or any commands to use to get or do things faster in CMD DOS Windows than using power shell for the users that are not experienced in the other version of a DOS LIKE environment. Thank you for reading my review.

Not even worth $0.99.

I really wish I had taken a closer look at this app before making the purchase. What I did see was adequate for my needs, but when I started digging into it deeper and finding blank pages with just a brief description of the particular command. I am going to ask for a refund not that I can’t afford 99 cents , but more for the principal of selling an incomplete app. Caveat Emptor!

For anyone who has problems with a pc and doesn’t know how to use cmd use this app

Good job.You are a 100% it professional,

This is a great tool for any IT professional to keep in the toolbox. Very convenient to be able to view while at user desk instead of hunting for the info online.
